Welcome to the Harrison Rapids Swim Team!
Who We Are…
We are the one and only swim team for Harrison, Arkansas! We offer recreational and competitive swimming for all ages. We are not affiliated with the Harrison School District – we operate independently. Our only requirement for joining is that you must be able to swim the length of the pool (25 yards) unassisted. We do not offer swim lessons, but we would be happy to provide references if you need them!
We have signups in April and our season runs from Memorial Day through August. We do offer some off season opportunities for our competitive swimmers! We practice at the Harrison City Pool, and our meets take place at both indoor and outdoor facilities. Our recreational team has two meets, and our competitive team offers several meets – only 3 are required and you pick your meets! Recreational Swimming
This team is designed for swimmers who are not ready for the competitive level, but still wanting to be a part of the team. These swimmers will have the opportunity to compete in up to 2 local meets (Harrison & Berryville).
Practices times (3 Morning and/or 2 Evening) will vary depending on age and level of swimmer. This season runs Memorial day through the end of June.

Competitive Swimming
This swim team is designed for competitive swimmers that will travel to compete at meets throughout the summer. Swimmers will work to improve individual times and work on stroke technique and turns. We focus more on technique while still keeping the fun in swimming. Only 3 meets are required (your choice), but many opportunities are available!
Practices times (3 Morning and/or 2 Evening) will vary depending on age and level of swimmer. This season runs Memorial day through the first week of August. Contact Coach Jennifer Feighert with any questions!
